Pax Transhumanity card holder for sleeved cards

A quick remix of the original cardholder designed by Fabmaszter

to accommodate sleeved cards. 

The 2 stacks of cards are not separated since the sleeved cards do not allow the addition of any wall in the insert. 

Despite that this keeps the card better organized and the holder still serves as a lid for the player trays beneath.
