Gehuay Webcam Voron 2020 Extrusion Corner Mount

This is a 2020 extrusion corner mount for the Gehuay 1080p 120deg webcam. It was designed for the Voron Trident, but will likely fit any cube style 2020 printer. The advantage of this printer is the wider than normal angle of view. 

Features

• Tilt and swivel adjustable
• Sits far enough back to clear the StealthBurner toolhead

Print Settings

• 4 perimeters
• 4-5 shell top/bottom layers
• 25-40% infill
• ABS or ASA

BOM

• (1) M2.5 x 25mm button head screw
• (1) M2.5 nut
• (1) M3 * 4.5 * 5mm heat insert ("standard size")
• (1) M3 x 10mm cap head screw
• (2) M3 x 6mm or 8mm cap head screw
• (2) M3 hammer heat T-nuts (or extrusion nuts of your choice)
• (1) GEHUAY 1080P 120deg Webcam
• You'll likely want to print one or two of these for cable management as well 

Assembly

• Fit M2.5 nut into swivel piece
• Insert M3 heatset into Mount
• Screw swivel piece into mount with M3 x 10mm screw
• Install mount to frame with M3 x 8mm and hammer head nuts
• Insert camera into swivel piece and screw on with M2.5 screw
• Make screws tight enough that they won't move, but not too tight that you can't adjust the tilt or swivel
