Simple design to substitue a $25 metal water key for Puerto Rican Households primarily. Design is made to used as a temporary solution for a couple of uses and WILL PROBABLY BREAK UNDER CONSTANT USE.
Key has a 3/4" opening that's 1" deep. Do not alter the size of the key or the design will not work.
Design is made to use a 3/4" PVC pipe but can be altered in the fusion 360 file. I suggest you use something more solid as a wood pipe.
Screws and nuts are 1/4" diameter and 1-1/2" length
Wing nut used for handle for ease of use but it could be which ever.
For the key you must use a hex nut because a wing nut will not fit in the cavity.
DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON SETTINGS OR IT WILL NOT WORK
Minimum Requirements:
-PETG or ABS
-20% infill
-5 Shells
If possible add more shells instead of infill. (You'll want to be as close as possible to a solid part of the key, the handle works with 50% or less)
