The door holders wear out over time to the point of being non-functional, so I constructed more robust ones in the same dimensions:

• The upper part (female) measures 98 x 22 and has a hole spacing of 78mm.
• The two lower parts (male) have the dimensions 98 x 22 and a hole spacing of 83 mm with 6° and 27° clip inclination respectively.

In contrast to the original, the clips are enlarged to 8mm diameter for better durability. Therefore they do not fit into the original upper parts and you have to replace both. The upper part holder is identical for the lower part with 6° as well as with 27° inclined clip.

Print the door holders in STL orientation in 0.2 or 0.3 layer height with 15% infill without support, with 1.2mm top and bottom shell thickness and 4 contours, preferably in a UV-safe filament like ASA or PETG.

Depending on the flexibility and shrink factor of the filament used, it is recommended to rework the clips with sandpaper to ensure easy click-in. When printing with 4 contours, there is enough material to sand off up to 0.5mm.

Die Türhalter nutzen sich über die Zeit bis zur Funktionslosigkeit ab, so dass ich robustere in den gleichen Abmessungen konstruiert habe:

• Das Oberteil (Aufnahme) hat die Maße 98 x 22 und einen Lochabstand von 78mm.
• Die beiden Unterteile (Rundclips) haben die Maße 98 x 22 und einen Lochabstand von 83 mm mit jewils 6° und 27° Clipneigung.

Im Gegensatz zum Original, sind die Clips für eine bessere Haltbarkeit auf 8mm Durchmesser vergrößert. Daher passen sie nicht in die originalen Aufnahmen und ihr müsst beide ersetzen. Die Aufnahme ist sowohl für das Unterteil mit 6° als auch mit 27° geneigtem Clip identisch.

Druckt die Türhalter in STL-Ausrichtung in 0.2 oder 0.3 Schichthöhe mit 15% Infill ohne Support, mit 1,2mm Decken- und Boden-Schalenstärke sowie 4 Konturen, vorzugweise in einem UV-sicheren Filament wie ASA oder PETG.

Je nach Flexibilität und -Schrumpffaktor des verwendeten Filaments empfiehlt es sich, die Clips und Aufnahmen mit Sandpapier nachzubearbeiten, um ein leichtes Einklicken sicherzustellen. Beim Druck mit 4 Konturen ist ausreichend Material vorhanden, um bis zu 0,5mm abzuschleifen.
