horizontal filament spool drybox v2

Self remix of my horizontal filament spool box.

Improvements include:

• Less wiggling of central hub by changing spoke direction from “+” type to “x” type.
• By allowing spoke holder to rotate around central hub, spool holder disk can fit into boxes with any length-to-width ratio
• Made central hub taller so M8 bolt do not touch the bottom of the box.

changed spacers' direction from 2 horizontal and 2 vertical to 4 diagonal ones, so the bse move less inside the container
