I love the MiiR Traveler tumblers, especially with the 360 top, but the one thing that annoyed me was the metallic “clink” whenever you set it down. No more! A small pad printed in flex material is enough for a soft touchdown, and small grooves in the base eliminate the chance of vacuum-sticking to any surface.
To attach the pad to your MiiR Traveler, clean the bottom of the tumbler with isopropyl alcohol (or similar non-residue cleaning agent), apply a small (small!) bead of E6000 glue on the top of the pad, and gently press the pad into position. Fill the tumbler with water and place upright to apply even and firm pressure on the pad, and wait 24 hours to ensure the glue fully cures. Other suitable adhesives will probably work, but I can personally vouch for E6000 withstanding multiple hand-wash cycles with no hints at giving away.
Pictured part is a MiiR 360 Traveler (12 oz) with the bottom pad printed out of NinjaFlex (85A Shore Hardness) on a Prusa Mini+, 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2 mm layer height.
