9mm 100 round ammo tray

This tray will hold 100 rounds of 9mm munitions, and fits nicely inside of the plastic ammo boxes you can get from Harbor Freight (item 61451) and other similar stores.  This will not fit the metal NATO style ammo cans as it is wider (93mm) than the cans (90mm).

I printed this using 0.6 mm nozzle, generic PLA+ filament, 0.3 mm layer height and 15% infill for a very satisfactory print and fit.  With these settings, the base takes about 6 ½- 7 hours and the lid about 2 ½ hours.

Ensure that the lid is printed “upside down” with the top in the heat bed, and you have a clean heat bed with good first layer adhesion.
