#0058 Improved Ultimate Printer Knob Upgrade

Once again I'm inspired by the great designs from the community! I tried @oriddlero's ultimate printer knob upgrade and really like the idea.  However with my fat fingers I had to make some changes:

1. Added a taper on the knob to make it more comfortable/ergonomic to grip.
2. Increased the height of the knob so there's more area for my fingers to grab (fat fingers).
3. Slightly increased the diameter of the knob for my fat fingers.
4. Added more finger loops so I don't have to hunt around for it when I need it.
5. Added an alternate knurl pattern, your choice, just for fun. :-)

Note: I referenced the original model but this design was modeled from scratch.
