Spool got tangled in the gap between the cardboard core and plastic ends in the AMS so this remix to fix the issue

Description
PDFFilament got tangled in the 4 mm gap between the cardboard core and plastic ends when it was being used in the AMS so I added a 2 mm flange to the insert adapters so that the filament can't get caught in the gap. This is for the 1kg Proto-Pasta Spools.
Use the Step file to print from, you will get better results then the STL can give.
