About this rail:
I took inspiration from Gulsifer's models, but they ended up being too loose a fit with how my Ender 3 V2 has been set up, so I went and found the technical drawings for the MGN series rails and designed my own MGN9C rails with a guide block giving it a 1mm clearance gap between the rail and the guide block. I will use these as a temporary linear rail solution for my Rook MK1 build.

Special thanks to Rolohaun for an epic design !
Updates:
I have uploaded the step file containing both the 150mm and 200mm rails as well as the guide block for users to edit as they see fit and adjust the tolerances according to their use case.
Not all machines are the same and tolerances differ from machine to machine. When I initially printed these rails, my machine was not calibrated the best but they were working as expected to the time.
I've since then made a lot of changes and upgrades to my machine and my tolerances and dimentional accuracy have improved a lot. I reprinted these to test the tolerances again and can say that the guide block is still a tad too loose, it can do with a tighter tolerance.
Enjoy the update and happy printing !
