This is my attempt on using a silent 4020mm axial fan for cooling the heatsync. Haven't tested it yet during printing, but after my first tests on the bench, it feels like the airflow is about the same as the tiny radial noisy fan that comes from the factory. The thicker version may improve that, but other than reducing the number of parts, and some of the noise, it doesn't bring much comparing to factory setup.
You should be able to print it with without using any supports. The overhang isn't visible and it doesn't affect the functionality if it isn't perfect.
