Description

PDF

I need an organizer for my tea bags that fits in my IKEA drawer. The drawer is 40cm in width and nearly 7cm in height. Problem is that such a low height not all tea bags can be placed verticaly. The horizontal dimension of a tea bag is mostly the same (~6cm), but verticly it differs around 6 to 8cm.

This model is developed for a prusa mini printer, so due to limited dimensions model is splitted in parts. All needed parts for a row fits on a build plate.

print instructions

  • for a row print side parts twice and mid part once
  • print as many rows as wanted
  • do whats needed to ensure good first layer adhesion.
  • no further special instructions.
  • I speed up printing by using 0.6 mm line width and 0.25mm layer height

assembly

  • cleanup debris in the joints so the have a good fit
  • optionaly glue parts together
  • place tea organizer in the drawer
  • you can secure it with doublesided tape if needed
  • multiple rows:
    • tape or glue rows togehter
