5mm stop for PGold's 35mm hinge drill jig

I used PGold's excellent 35mm hinge drill jig to install some cabinet doors recently, but my Blum hinges needed 5mm between the edge of the 35mm circle and the edge of the door, and the original model only has stops for 4mm and 3mm.

(If you're printing the drill jig, I also found I had to lightly sand the base of the forestner holder to get it to fit into the jig - YMMV).
