Bottle Drying Stand (OpenScad Parametric)

A reupload of one of my Thingiverse files - i hope it gets a new life here.

If your a home brewer or maybe even a lemonade maker drying your bottles is vital, after getting fed up of balancing my beer bottles upside down on the work surface this is my solution.

This is a simple stand design that can be generated parametricly in openSCAD, the idea is that you place your printed stand on a piece of kitchen towel on a flat surface and use the stand to balance your upended bottle.

Instructions

I have measured a range of bottles and am sure that the parameters I have set will fit most standard (UK) bottles, but check before you generate your own stand. You can also adjust the number of rows and columns to suit.

BOTTLE_NECK_ID = 17.3; // The inside diameter of the bottle neck

BOTTLE_NECK_OD = 30; // The outside diameter of the bottle neck at some arbitrary point

All dimensions are in mm.

Needs the OpenScad shapes library - ive included it in files for ease of use.
