My take on a 2x1 Gridfinity bin for disposing of utility and craft knife blades. Uses roughly half the filament vs some other designs.
Friction fit for 6x2mm magnets. Parametric Fusion file to tweak the magnet holes as needed. Skipping the silly screw holes in addition to magnets saves tons of filament.
3MF file provided for printing both the box and lid at the same time. Otherwise, make sure to place the lid top side down for a proper print.
If you want a prettier lid top and text, then place it top side up and put supports underneath.
I recommend turning on sequential print in your slicer to avoid stringing between model and box, otherwise print them separately.
Supports: None
Infill: 10-15%
OCD Note: the bin with lid does not perfectly align to the height of other Gridfinity bins. If this bothers you, adjust the parameters within the Fusion360 file.
