A couple of tool holders I made so the tools I use all the time would be where I could find them. Fits to the edge of the IKEA BESTÅ cabinet above my workbench. Note that you probably can't have a door fitted to the cabinet as this holder will prevent the door closing properly. The holders should also fit on to any other shelf that's 30mm thick.
There are two versions of this, one has round holes in three different sizes, intended for small screwdrivers and, the other has two sizes of larger, oval shaped holes, for small side cutters and miniature pliers.
I printed these in Prusament PLA. It's a long time since I made them but I think I used a 0.3 layer height with a simple infill at 20% (in fact probably the “0.3 draft” preset in PrusaSlicer).
Print these standing on one end. There should be enough footprint to print without a brim. Print time will be around five hours at 0.3 layer height and seven or eight hours at 0.2.
Looking at these now there's quite a long bridge over the holes on the “large hole” version but it must have printed fine without supports when I made mine. This was the first thing of my own design that I printed after I first got my MK3S+ set up so I didn't know any better!
I've had these for about a year now and the fit onto the cabinet has become slightly loose over time. If I ever need another one I might alter the design a little but these are still serving well after that time.
