PLEASE USE THE 3-OUTLET VERSION. IT IS BETTER.

This model is assembled from four parts. You will need the following hardware:

2 pcs M4x20 Allen screws with nuts (for the fan assembly.)

2 pcs M2x12 Allen screws with nuts (for the fan duct and outlet manifold assembly.)

The fan duct and outlet manifold assembly is mounted first. You will need to wiggle it into place as one of the duct branches fits between the GT2 belt driving the Y axis.

The fan plate, 5015 fan, and fan inlet are mounted next. If you wish, you can attach the filament guide.

To get clean prints of the fan duct and outlet manifold, print them at lower speeds for the first few layers. If you are using Cura this can be done through Extensions→Post Processing→modify G-Code→ChangeAtZ

For the fan duct: 50% print speed from layer 1 and onward; 100% from layer 15 onward.

For the outlet manifold: 30% print speed from layer 1 and onward; 50% form layer 45 and onward; 100% from layer 72 and onward.

Cooling starts at 70% fan speed (set in the slicer,)

Print all parts with supports enabled.

Refer to the photos to see the correctly mounted assembly.
