Scrubber120

Attachments for a standard 120mm computer fan to cycle air through both a 25mm thick layer of activated carbon granules and a HEPA filter. This small air scrubber is suitable for scrubbing VOCs from a 3D Printing environment or personal solder station.

Parts required:

• 120mm fan - high static pressure design like:
  • Noctua NF-F12 Industrial 12v (Amazon) or 24v (Amazon)
  • Noctua NF-P12 (Amazon)
• Activated Carbon - high quality, virgin coconut base, 4x8 mesh, acid-free, low ash, low dust (Amazon)
• Twist-Lock HEPA filter as used by GL-2103 or 900S air purifiers (Amazon)

NOTE: this is still in active development - I won’t be able to print/test until 3/15, then will resume.  Both plates work great on their own, issues are that the airflow is killed when it is sandwiched together as pictured. Need to rethink placement, and/or add buffer spacers.
