** Now updated to have a shorter height! (2019-07-13)
I received the E3D "fun pack" nozzles in an Altoid tin, but the nozzles were packed in foam without the label on the top telling me what nozzle was which. I decided to make my own holder to fit inside the tin with labels for what size was which, along with the dot diagram used to identify them. I also added a location for the experimental .15 nozzle I have, along with the .4 nozzle which is commonly used but not included in the fun pack.
This can be printed as-is with a .4 mm nozzle with .2 speed quality. This does not need "thin walls" enabled, indeed turning it on makes the font look ugly.
If you want to improve the readability of the nozzle dot chart, you might consider going down to a .3 or .25 nozzle size, although that will make your print take longer.
I used a filament layer change at the top to make the text pop out. The text is .4 mm high.
Filaments used:
Base: Atomic Filament Silver PLA
Text: 3DFuel Ocean Blue PLA
