Printed with a 0.4 nozzle in 0.12 High Quality, no brim, 5 wall loops, Matte PLA.
The print came out nice and the clasp separated with little force and no fear of cracking anything. When closed, the lid has a little bit of play which might result in rattling when shaken -- a separate model with tighter tolerances might be helpful there?

The .emf had the clasp as a separate object which OrcaSilcer suggested to combine into a multi-part object. This is needed so the clasp stays on position. Only after combining the objects, I could lay it flat on the print surface. Maybe update the .emf file for convenience :)

@BennyPrint_3511861 Yeah, It's always a balance tolerances can differ a bit from printer to printer.

Hm, it should've been exported as a multi body model, as long as it's not separated when imported in the slicer the clasp should stay in place (as you mentioned) :)

I really Wanted to make this Deck Box with my new FLASHFORGE AD5X Multi-Color 3D printer, But after uploading the deck box lid it into OracaSlicer and slicing it it keeps saying this error/warning or notify sign.

Not shore what to do. If anyone could help please!!??

Finally I found it! I originally printed this with a terribly tuned Ender 3 and have been kicking myself trying to find it again after I purchased a Bambu A1. Best MTG deckbox out there! (edited)
