The Chainguard is printed in two parts to fit it on most printbeds, the fixture is printed in two parts for obvious reasons. The two parts of the chaingurd fit together by a little slot and have sufficient gluing surfece to conect them permanently.
You will need to drill the 4 holes for the fixture through the chainguard, this makes it adaptable for different bikes. The holes in the fixture are self threading (check out my threading test) for standard metal M4 screws. In total you will need 8 M4/20 screws including 12 washers and 4 nuts.
The models may look quite bulky but thats what makes it rigid and durable. I do not recomend printing in PLA as you will use this out in the elements. I used PETG (Prusament Recycled PETG).
Please check if it fits on your bike before printing as it is quite a big print using around 200g including supports. I provided a template you can print on paper for that.
Have fun making.
