This is a rendition of the Y-axis stepper motor housing on the E3S1Pro that is remixed from a model on Cults3d.com by Blu-Square for the Ender 3 S1. The original model did not allow for the usage of the OEM endstop, so I modified it to fit the endstop reducing the need for a different one. I printed this model with an SLA printer, the Creality Halot One, with ABS-like resin. I do NOT recommend printing this model with a filament-based printer as you will most likely have issues with some of the finer details of the model. I found that resin would be a much better choice anyways since the stepper motor tends to get hot and this would reduce the potential for warping/melting from heat with time.
Additionally, I found that the endstop cable coming from the printer was too short for the v2 model and I had to create a wiring harness with a male and female JST connector set to accommodate the new housing. This may be troublesome for the v3 model as well… I have not tested this print personally and made it as a possible solution to the v2 harness problem (but AGAIN I am not sure if it reduces the need for the harness! Try it at your own risk).
Update 06APR23: The v3 model will also require the JST extension as well. I will also be working on an FDM printable model.
I hope this model serves you well! :D Happy printing!
Much thanks to Blu-Square for the source material! You were a lifesaver and saved me a lot of time in Fusion and brought my printer back to life!
Please check out his models and show some love if you have time!
