Can be printed with support and face down for quick/draft prints in under 1h, or with support face up for higher quality finish. Support should be touching build-plate only.
Designed for 3x M3 4.6x5.7mm brass heat inserts to attach the card to the baffle and baffle to the computer chassis. Inserts for card mounting should be flush with the bottom of the print and screws attached from under the PCIe card. Insert for the chassis should be flush with the outside and stock m3 screw used to secure the baffle.
The Design started by taking measurements from both the stock blank Baffle and the low profile bracket included with the CX312B-Pro card.
Originally screws were attached directly to the print, but frequent splitting, and breakage occurred requiring reinforcement of the various mounting points.
Noting the need for improved airflow extra ventilation was added and adjusted to maintain structural support while removing as much material as possible. In a rackmount or cabinet with sufficient exhaust flow the card should get enough air movement. I may still add a 40mm 12v blower fan to push air over the internal fins at a later date. If I do the mounting will be a separate project from this.
Added an additional version with a spot for a M.2 A+E KEY 2.5G Ethernet LAN Card RTL8125B. Due to the small space this card could not be mounted with with heat inserts so I suggest using a M3 screw to "tap" threads. The left support wing for the RJ45 port is not very strong and can split so be gentle with it, though the support lip should keep mechanical pressure off it when plugging and unplugging cables.

***Also note that you will need to cut/trim down the case lid to allow it to slide past the RJ45 port when screwing down the top. Please see the photos! ***
