After upgrading to the new Prusa enclosure I had an issue of trying to figure out the best way to load filament to the MMU2. In the end I decided on this design. I reworked the rear top plug at the back of the enclosure to have 5 holes, labeled 1 to 5 to match the filament designation for the MMU2 (File taken from the complete hinge upgrade kit: https://www.printables.com/model/273426-hinged-lid-for-adding-mmu2s-to-original-prusa-encl/files ). In order to prevent the tubes from slipping too much as I opened the lid I made an extension piece with tube connectors. The top part of the design was reworked from this part https://www.printables.com/model/270318-original-prusa-enclosure-top-plug-ptfe-x5-pass-thr but the base was my design and also includes numbers for filament designation.
UPDATE: The base has been modified so that it now goes over the protruding threaded parts that will be facing upwards if you have followed the Prusa directions and flipped the lid. It still can be mounted flush to the topside, but requires the screw being compressed a little. I have included some pictures on how to achieve this. No pre-compression is needed if mounting on the the threaded parts if the lid is inverted.
You will need to do the Hinge lid upgrade:

This design works well with this design update for the MMU2: https://www.printables.com/model/6605-prusa-mmu2-ptfe-holder-m10-passthrough-adapter
You will need to purchase the tube connectors: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IB81IHG/ref=oh\_aui\_detailpage\_o00\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=tv-auto-20
I also used tube clips to prevent the tubes from getting out of place. These can be found through these links:
