UPDATE 03/03/2023

Per request I added a new set of pod files, these pods have paddles on the outside to give the cat's paw something to help spin it. Still prints support-free, everything else is the same.

There are 3 files - One with 8mm holes for smaller treats, the 9mm holes are the original blue wilderness treat size, 12mm holes are the temptations treats size.

UPDATE 03/02/2023

I added a second Pod file per request, there is now a pod for the Temptations Treats as well as the original one for the Blue Wilderness treats. I did not print this out to test, but if the holes turn out to be too big and treats fall out too easily, let me know and I will adjust.

I have also added a file for TPU feet for the corners. Its 1 file, print 4 in TPU and glue to each corner. This is only optional, not required.

I have also added the .step files for the pod (9mm treat hole diameter) and pod cap.

----------------------------------------------

All parts print support-free in the orientation as downloaded in.

Print 1 base piece, 1 left frame, 1 right frame, 1 axel, 2 axel caps, 1 pod, and 1 pod cap.

Once printed, superglue the frame pieces to the base. The side of the frame with the counterbored hole should be facing outward. This is where the axel caps will fit into. Slide the axel through one of the frame holes, the pod and cap, and then the other frame. Then superglue the two axel caps on to keep it secure.

Once everything is assembled, the pod and cap won't leave the axel, but you can unscrew them to separate and fill with more treats (see picture for reference). I used Blue Wilderness Burst treats, they are rectangular and roughly 8mm x 13mm. The holes on the pod are 9mm in diameter, the treats fall through with a few rolls, it seems to be an appropriate difficulty level.

If there are other treat brands you would like to use, let me know what size they are and I can make an alternative pod that's suitable for them.
