The wheel model can be parametrically adjusted to suit the robot chassis.
The tire mold can then be adjusted to produce a silicone tire that fits tight over the wheel
Wheels can be printed an PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon or whatever material is preferred. Nozzle size no bigger than 0.4mm and 0.2mm layers to achieve detail for push fit onto motor d shafts.
