Bike - Cateye rear light saddle rail mount

I needed a dropper compatible under saddle mount for my cateye rapid mini.

I really liked my solution for Ergon Saddles, and copied the design over to the saddle rail interface from this solution.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  PETG will creep, I suggest installing the mount, waiting an hour and checking again.

Requires Hardware:

• 1x M4x16mm bolt
• 1x M4 hex nut
