Hello,
the monitor foot of my 32" display took away a lot of space on my desk, so I decided to create something to connect the display to my desk without a foot on the desk.
Here you can find my solution ;-)
At first I was a bit sceptic if the Adapter is stable enough but it turned out that it is rock solid.
So the only thing that moves is the wooden board of the desk.
It is designed for a 25mm tube aluminum tube.
To fix the second mount on the table I used two pop rivet nuts for the lower two screws (stell pipe of the table) and two drive-in nuts for the upper two screws (wooden part of the table).
BOM:
1pcs Aluminium Tube 25mm x 1,5mm
18pcs M4x16mm Screws
2pcs M4x25 Screws (drive-in nut)
small and big washers for the screws
All the parts are printed in PETG.
I also added all the .3mf files, so you can have a look how exactly I printed the parts.
All the parts areprinted in 0,2mm layer height
