Wire Brush Holder for Sovol SV04 Purge Bucket

The silicone wipe blocks that come with the Sovol SV04 do a pretty darn poor job of stopping bits of purge filament from getting on prints since they sometimes will get stuck to the side of the nozzle and get dragged past. Adding a wire brush to the side catches these strands that make it past the silicone. 

This fits a couple different brass brushes that I have. It is intended to be a snug friction fit. I printed my holder out of firm 98A TPU so it could flex a little when inserting the brush. I suggest you do a test print of a short section of the holder to see if you may need to scale the width before printing. 

Included is a drilling jig. I used m3 screws and drilled the holes slightly smaller and had the screws form their own threads. You could obviously use nuts.

The models are for the right side.  Just mirror for the left.   

Print the holder on end and it requires no supports.

I included the Fusion 360 files and step files so you can tweak as needed.
