FLSun V400 Hatch Door

This is a hatch door for the FLSun V400. It is a hatch because it relies on the acrylic to slide up and down the grooves of 2 of the 3 pillars. I also made hinges but couldn't get the circular shape of the acrylic perfectly even with a heat gun and have not included it. This hatch works well but you need to keep the pillar caps off to enable the slide. You may also not want to glue the bottom supports of the hatch to the acrylic because the hot end parks there when out of filament and blocks the upward sliding of the hatch. I included bottom supports that fit into the pillars so the hatch has a bottom stopping point. You can print them for all sides if you want. I also included acrylic supports that help maintain the shape of the curved acrylic and provides extra length if you cut the acrylic a little short. I used a heat gun to help with the curve of the acrylic.  Thanks to Amazon62 who made the original enclosure.
