Fidget Hinge

The 11 year-old was at it again.  He wanted to design a print in place hinge.  Took a couple test prints to get the angle right on the overhung upper half.

Once that was optimized, I connected 16 of the building blocks together to make this fidget toy.  This is the most I could fit in Tinkercad at this size.  And it fits well on our Mini+ bed.

Printed in PLA with 0.2mm layer height and a bit of a brim.

In addition to the 16-hinge version, we included one of the building blocks so you can make one with as many hinges as you like.
