Modified it to work with a BFPTouch. Hex nuts were too loose on the other part so I had to scale down by 99% but it was still a bit loose. Nice design apart from that.

@georgewoodall82 Thanks (again) for the feedback! I went through and did a sampling of M3 nuts I have on hand, and the largest is 5.45 flat to flat. So I changed the model to make the M3 nut pocket 5.65mm flat to flat (0.2mm for prints that are not perfect). The model is adj-bltouch-mount-3D-mount-EC-mod_v2.stl (edited)
