USB cable organizer for EIZO Monitor

After I searched for USB holders to be attached to a monitor I found nothing specific. Only the USB cable organizers by MyStoopidStuff appealed to me but didn't fit my intended purpose. So I decided to modify the three slot version to meet my requirements:

1. The cable holder should be attached to the edge of the monitor, so that the cables “look around the corner”
2. There should be sufficient contact area between the cable holder and the monitor to be able to mount the cable holder with double sided tape (Tesa Power Strip) that can be removed without residue
