headphone hanger for microphone stand

This is a headphone holder for a microphone stand with a beam width of 10mm, It requires one 3mm hole to be drilled in the microphone mount, however most seem to with a hole preinstalled.

Additional hardware needed:

2x M3-20 screws

2x M3-0.50 nuts

the forward screw is to put through the through hole, the rear screw is to clamp over the beam in order to clamp the holder at the proper angle.
