Direct Drive SuperFly RR for Ender 3 - No Heat Inserts Required

Based on SuperFly Remix Remix (SFRR) for Ender 3 Pro by sztywniutko

Body and bearing carrier not modified, included here for completeness.

Tensioner:

-Modified so that no heat inserts are required

-Modelled M3 threads

New direct drive mount:

-Only 2 M3 screws to attach extruder to mount compared to 4

-No heat inserts required

-Lighter than original DD mount

-Shorter direct drive filament path

-Long 5mm threads, accepts longer screws

-Compatible with original Ender 3 hotend or others with similar form factor

-Reversible extruder; Stepper motor towards user if using original Ender 3 extruder motor

-Stepper motor towards back if using slim pancake stepper

Print with support. 0.16mm layer height, 3x0.4mm walls, 30% or more infill. Do NOT print in PLA! PETG or ABS minimum, as the steppers can get hot! 

Weighted in at 210g with pancake stepper motor and gears. Not bad for reuse of BMG parts. Half the weight of aluminium BMG + Ender 3 stock extruder motor.

Tested working with Two Trees BMG clone, other clones should work too.

Using this with a Mellow NF Zone CR10 Titanium All-metal.
