Mavic 2 Storage Box fits Battery Compartment

This storage tub is designed to utilise the compartment that the Mavic 2 Battery would normally occupy. When travelling with the DJI Mavic 2 drone I like to keep the Battery in a separate place, so this 3D Printed Storage Box uses the battery area as storage space for; SD Cards, Cables, Feet Extenders and anything else that can fit into the surprisingly spacious compartment.

Compatibility

This has been tested in the Mavic 2 Pro but it should work OK in the other Mavic 2 models.

• Snap-fit lid with lip for easy open

• Fits when the Mavic 2 arms and props are folded

• All parts should orientate correctly on slicer plate
• After printing, check latch operates correctly before using it in the drone

Recommendations

• For Cura Slicer, enable Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion Value= -0.2

(This negative value (-) will help prevent 'Elephant Foot' on the model faces printed onto the bed)
