Ender 3 V2 Neo Dual Z Axis Tool Holder

I added a dual Z axis on my Ender 3 V2 Neo and it came with Z axis stabilizers so I needed a new tool holder, so I modified an existing one. I would like to make some changes to this one, but they aren't important enough to mess with right now... The Z stabilizer sticks out about 3mm further than the end of the extrusion and I would also make some changes to the tool slots, but It's not worth the effort today.
