This slammed duct is designed to fit the Cloud-149, 149HD and Brave 163 drone frames (which apparently have the same mounting hole positions).
The inner diameter is 78mm which gives about 1-2mm of prop clearance when using Nazgul Cine 3040 propellers.
This model was created from a tutorial on slammed drone duct design using Fusion 360, the video of which can be watched here:
It is designed to print upside-down and without supports, as all overhangs are 45 degrees or less from vertical.
PETG is the preferred material, though PLA also works pretty well. Other hard materials should be fine, definitely would not print these from TPU or other flexibles as the wall of the duct is thin, which would make for a very flimsy and squishy duct.
The holes are sized at 1.7mm which should be tight enough to hold onto the original bolts/screws, otherwise drilling out the holes and installing the appropriate brass inserts is recommended.
Notes:
Flip the duct model upside-down in the slicer before printing
