Paper Towel Holder - Resists Unravelling

A simple paper towel holder design. 

Rubber bands increase friction and keep the roll from completely unravelling when tearing away sheets

Screw holes on the brackets for mounting. Mounting these with 12" between the outermost edges works well for Bounty paper towel.
