🗡🛡 The Legend of Zelda's 37th birthday

This model was made by Dany Sánchez.

Celebrate 37 years of Link's adventures with us! Back in 2014 this was the first model based on a Zelda location that we ever made. Now in 2023, we updated it with more details and multipart. We also have more Ocarina of Time locations with the goal of completing the whole overworld (and some dungeons)!

Parts

  • Castle
  • Roofs
  • 2014 legacy version

This model has amazing detail, including the water drain Link uses to sneak inside and meet Princess Zelda, even the milk boxes he pushed are there!

This is also a classic Super Smash Bros. stage!

At MiniWorld3D we are Zelda fans and are so happy to bring this special model to you. It was created from scratch by hand and brain to ensure printability.  Please give credit, it's all about spreading culture!

Printing Tips

Suggested parameters:

For better details, print slow, such as 15 or 20mm/s for outer perimeters.
Fine-tune retraction to avoid stringing.
Perimeters: 2
Top layers: 3
Infill: as low as 12%

No supports needed.
This model comes in two parts, the main building and the roof tops, so no supports are needed.

Colors
You can use MMU for adding beautiful coloring, or even pause-and-filament-change method to start with beige and then grey.

Assembly
The separate roofs can be printed in green, or positioned in your slicer to print all at once. Follow the numbered marks to know which roof fits where in the castle.
