Rugged MicroSD Card Case

It can contain:

• 7x Compact Flash of Typ 1 / 3.3mm thick compact flash
• 5x Compact Flash of Typ 2 / 5.0mm thick compact flash

Print Settings:

Material: PETG/TPU

Walls: 2

Top/Bottom Layers: 2

Infill: 20%

I recomend to print the case and the latches in PETG and the seal in TPU!

You can print it in PLA but more if you don't want to carry it arround!

If you don't need the seal don't print it! 

The case isn't waterproof but atleast sand and dustproof!

Parts needet:

• 3x M3x30 Screws 
  • I used stainless steel but galvanized ones are also fine
• Foam for the lid
  • The foam is needet so that the SD Cards can't fall out of their slots
  • I used 30mm thick acoustic foam that I had laying arround
  • I think the foam that Creality and Prusa use to pack their printer should also work if you cut it in the right size
