This should only fit the Bambu X1C or P1P
This takes KYZ's updated panel and adds a single layer of Bambu 'Support W' breakaway filament. It should only use 6.3g of Support W for 4 panels of HSW. I wanted to stack panels so that the print would finish overnight rather than have to bed prep 4 times. This version with the right speed settings took about 10 hours 45 minutes to print for 4 panels. I only have PLA and only tested this with PLA. I do plan to make a PETG or ASA version in the future.
Layer height must be 0.20 for the breakaway material to only fill in one layer and allow a distinct break between each panel
Since there is only one 0.20mm layer of breakaway material, you must take a lot of care to separate the breakaway material from the panel.
Update 03-Aug-2023:
After a few comments about the difficulty in removing the supports, I decided to increase the support levels by two 0.2mm layers of breakaway material or support material. Specifically, I am using BambuLab Support G.
This made it very easy to remove the breakaway material in just a few sheets rather than many little segments. The amount of breakaway material used is just under 5 grams for 2 layers, which takes me 6 hours to print since PETG is slower than PLA for me.
Uploaded 2-Layer, 3-Layer, and 4-Layer V2 versions.
