Sometime in mid-2016 Tesla refreshed their console to 2nd Generation, mine came with a Lightning Port. I wanted to use a magnetic USB-C cable that keeps the charging tips in the phone (and can do USB-C, Lightning, and Micro), unfortunately the provided slot is conical and too narrow at the top to accept my cable.
I whipped this up in FreeCad, if you need to customise it open the “Spreadsheet” within FreeCad and edit the values, re-export as STL and print.
Assembling it into the car is tricky, I found it was best not to use the spring. You'll need to screw in the holder piece and then push the USB cable into it from beneath, it's tricky and took me 10 minutes to hit the hole (push the passenger chair all the way back and lean in from that side). There is a piece of plastic that spans across that you need to work around which is why it's so tough.
