Kywoo Tycoon cooling shroud with 4020 fan

The original cooling set up for the Tycoon is insufficient with its one 4010 fan placed under the extruder. I found that other set ups existed with 5015 but it seemed complicated and none used the existing attachment.

I designed the shroud to use a 4020 fan which is a huge improvement over the original fan. It reuses the original screws and it stays clear of everything. You may need to adjust the depth of the screw holes depending on your print.

I have included the step file should you wish to modify it.

Printed with PETG is best. I do not recommend PLA since the shroud is close enough to the nozzle that it will affect the material. I did try PLA and over time the part close to the nozzle became brittle from the heat and changed color and it would have most likely failed with time.
