This is a remix of Prusacaster. The goal was to keep everything intact except recutting parts  for smaller printers (should fit on Prusa Mini).

Update: I added my Fusion 360 f3d file

Update 28.02: Added parts for new bridge with three holes. There is part for new bridge and universal part with holes for both new and old. Check in New bridge parts folder

About

The parts were not simply joined and cut again. There are some additional holes so you can attach all the pieces together with bolts.

Unfortunately I had to cut in half the most crucial piece “black_core” (also known as "middle piece"). I tried to minimize strength loss by adding Three M6 Bolt holes and some indents to make it as strong and precise as it can be.

I also tried to hide additional cuts as much as possible - M6 bolts are hidden under the pickguard.

The desigh is based on step files from the Original Prusacaster. I added my Fusion 360 file - don't look there If you don't have to - it's very messy. But i thought it can be useful to someone.

Does it work?

Honestly I have no idea. I did my best, but I don't have time to print it and, what's more important, I already have to many 3d printed instruments at my house (check my soprano and bass ukuleles). If you find it useful - print it - and give me some feedback.

Hints

  • Use glue (strong stuff)
  • M6 bolts should have thread length not longer than 45mm and have round head with hex socket - to use with allen key

TODOs:

The knob parts are just cut in half - it would be nice to add some indendt to guide it while gluing
