A while back I made a sword from plywood. Recently, I wanted to display it in a less gathering-dust-in-the-corner-fashion.
To that end I found models for squash claws which I modified. Usind Blender I bent them to hold the blade at a pleasing angle and adjusted it so it would not fall out either. To mount them, I designed a shield piece that would support a glue-on nail thingy in order to put it on the wall.
Maybe someone can use it or take something from it!
Side note: this is a remix of a model on Thingiverse, namely the Squashed Claws (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3776158).
