Heatset Insert and CR Touch Remix - KP3S BMG V6 LMaker Direct Drive Toolhead

LMakers toolhead was the best I could find for a v6 hotend and bmg extruder. 
Still found a few things that weren't to my taste. 

Thickened up the BMG mount so it is more durable. 

Extended the wire management area and made it a little easier for zipties. 

Optimized printability of overhanging circles, with a tiny square that prints for one layer for better overhangs. Maybe could have done more work on this but it was good enough. 

M3 Threaded Heat Set Inserts, I use these inserts https://amzn.to/3WDwYqw 
I included a photo of the heat set insert dimensions if you want to source them from elsewhere. 

Trimmed V6 mount so its more durable when removing the hotend.

Few other small changes here and there as well. 

CR touch mount is a remix from a design from a website that is no longer active.
