Motorcycle fork seal tool - FreeCAD parametric

Tool for inserting motorcycle fork seals. Sturdy enough to be hit with plastic/rubber hammer. Forks assembled with this tool were tested for a few thousand kilometers - no leaks so far. Included STL is for 41 mm forks of Honda SLR 650, edit FreeCAD spreadsheet for other dimmensions.

Printing tips:

• PLA works fine
• 0.2 or 0.3 mm layer height
• at least 4 perimeters; more=better
• 30% or more grid infill with double thickness
