Remix & Design Process
I wanted to make a dice tower that I wouldn't mind having sitting on my bookshelf - something functional, but also compact and with a level of design that would look good when not in use.  After struggling to find a print-ready model I liked, I stumbled across the original plant pot design that which I remixed to fit my needs.

The tower has a tub in the top to hold a set of dice (complete with lid) with a finger ridge along the inside edge to help remove it from the body of the tower.  Under this is a spiral structure leading to the chute opening for perfect rolling.

In theory the tub could be used for housing a plant instead of dice for a stealthy look, but you'd likely to have to remove the tub using the plant as a handle, so probably not advised…

Printing
Supports should not be needed during printing - I had a small amount of stringing at the very top of the chute opening at the bottom of the tower, but as I was using tricky to dial-in matte PLA it might be more to do with my printer settings than the model.  You could add some supports to this area if you're having trouble, but a little bit of sanding cleaned it up for me.

Conclusion
I know this is a bit of an unorthodox remix, but hopefully someone out there is looking to fill their plant-pot-dice-tower fantasy.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I took the basic model of the original and edited it heavily to turn it in to a dice tower.
