Labelled Cap for Revo Nozzle Holder (mmu and debossed versions)

Remix of axe's round E3D Revo Nozzle holder with Colour-Size text on the cap.  Mmu version for colour printing and a debossed version for single filament printing.

To simplify selecting MMU colours, each line of text is connected with an unprintable rectangle within the cap.  This causes PrusaSlicer to see each line as a single object rather than splitting it into individual characters.    I have also added name tags to the objects in the 3MF so they appear individually named in the slicer rather than as model_1, model_2, etc.

The text for the MMU version is inset into the debossing rather than being overlapped parts. This allows you to remove one or more colours if there are sizes you don't use, or simply because the MMU only supports 5 colours and there are currently 5 nozzle colours.

For example, I printed mine without the colour text for “P-0.15”, leaving that line debossed and colouring the rest.

For best results, print top down.  I printed mine with a 0.25mm nozzle for crisp text, however the PrusaSlicer preview for 0.4mm looks very good as well.
